The Institute of Culture and Education for Development – ICED is a nonprofit organization, without membership, organized in the form of a Center.
ICED is an independent and non-partisan institution that supports and implements initiatives in culture, education, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship and community development.
The organization pursues its objectives through cooperation with domestic and international partners, institutions, organizations, individuals and actors working to improve culture and education.
