The mission of ICED is to promote culture, education, knowledge and innovation as fundamental rights and as forces that directly influence the development of individuals and society.
ICED works to expand access to books and quality knowledge, encourage reading and lifelong learning, support teachers, schools, libraries, authors, publishers and entrepreneurs, and build bridges of cooperation among institutions, communities and cultures.
